Week two of camp is in the books and the work rate has stepped up again. Burpees, sit-ups, press-ups and conditioning drills were on the menu this week, pushing fitness levels while fatigue started to creep in. It's tough work, but you can already see the difference across the group. Footwork and movement were a big focus, alongside body sparring sessions to get everyone comfortable in the ring and working at close range. The basics have now been drilled in properly and confidence is starting to grow. The hard foundations are down. From next week, we move into light sparring, where everything starts to come together. Camp is moving in the right direction — and things are only going to step up from here.
